REEGEER
A PERSONAL, HANDS-ON APPROACH TO COACHING FOR PEOPLE WHO DO HARD THINGS
Your life doesn’t need another reset. It needs a system.
For people who are capable of a lot and exhausted from holding it all together by force. I'm Erica. I created REEGEER, a seven-phase method for transforming how we live.
Show me how it worksThe real problem
You already know what to do.
Knowing is not the hard part.
You are not lazy. You are certainly not undisciplined. You’ve read the books. You’ve bought the ring, the tracker apps, and the fancy water bottle. You have a coach, a trainer, or a therapist and a nutritionist. Maybe all of them. Still, I bet not one of them has ever talked to the others.
You’re running your work, your health, your relationships, and your sense of self as four separate projects. That’s not a character flaw. It’s a design flaw. And design flaws are fixable.
I help you bring it all together, so progress in one area creates momentum everywhere else.
The REEGEER method
Change that moves
as one.
Real life doesn’t move in a straight line, so this doesn’t either. We go forward, circle back, and keep what works. You start wherever it hurts most, and every phase opens onto the others.

You’re not broken. Something in the setup is. Let’s find it.
Key activities- Map energy, commitments, and recurring friction
- Identify hidden trade-offs and reinforcing patterns
- Separate symptoms from the structure beneath them
In practiceExplore Reveal coachingA founder came to me convinced she had a motivation problem. She didn’t. She had back-to-back meetings all morning, skipped meals, and zero transition out of work. Her afternoon crash wasn’t a character flaw. It was math.

Being strong and successful and being a good human being who enjoys life are not mutually exclusive.Life on the other side
Imagine your ambition no longer costing you your health.
You wake up with something in the tank. You know what matters, and your calendar agrees with you. You still want big things (I would never ask you to want less!). You just stop paying for them with your sleep, your relationships, and your knees. Your health supports your work instead of competing with it.
- Decisions feel clear, not heavy
- Your routines survive the brutal weeks, not just the easy ones
- There’s room for people and play again
- When life knocks you down, you get back up without starting from zero
In their words
They did the work.
Here's what changed.
I used to struggle to sustain the discipline and motivation that I knew existed in me. I saw myself as lazy, unfocused, and burned out. Now I have the system and confidence to live in a way I’m proud of.
Sophia, Boston I wanted to model strength, health, happiness and kindness. Now I do, thanks to Erica.
K., Oregon I always leave with a plan and feeling confident I can take it on.
S.H., Maine Erica helped me reduce my alcohol intake to support my weight and physical health goals, and I’ve been able to sustain the lifestyle changes.
Vama, Virginia In a few months of working with Erica, I lost 12 pounds, I’m getting 30 more minutes of sleep each night, and have 60-minutes for myself every day. Each thing is small on its own. Together, they’ve transformed my life.
J.P., Oregon
Meet Erica
I couldn’t find someone like me.
So I became her.
I’ve reinvented myself more times than I can count. Nuclear engineering dropout. Au pair for a Nigerian family in Holland. Anthropologist. Landscape Architect. Healthcare executive. Sister who lost her brother way too young. MIT MBA, earned while launching a software startup, because apparently, I don’t do anything the easy way.
At 37, with no coach, no team, and no college running career, I went from a decent runner to qualifying for the 2020 US Olympic Marathon Trials in under 16 months. While working full-time. I built my own training program from scratch, and it worked.
Then I spent years at a desk, mostly on Zoom 12, 14, 16, hours a day, on a plane sometimes every week, and watched that same body fall apart. I was giving everything to the work and almost nothing to the person doing it.
Then I got sick. That’s when it suddenly clicked in a profound way: the body isn’t separate from the work.
The body IS the work.
So I built what I couldn’t find. An integrator who sees the whole picture, builds the system around your actual life, and stays with you until you’re sustaining it. Difficulty is inevitable. Persistent struggle is not. I created the system for you. So you don’t have to reinvent what took decades for me to sort. It’s a competitive advantage.
What changes
“The goal isn’t to perform wellness. It’s to build a life that keeps working when life gets real.”
